We currently ship to:

▪ Philippines (Nationwide)

If your area is considered remote by the courier, additional delivery time may apply.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

They vary depending on courier operations, weather, road conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

5. Courier & Tracking

We ship orders via trusted courier partners such as [Maxim / LBC / J&T ] depending on your location and service availability.

Tracking details will be provided whenever the courier supports tracking.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate upon checkout.

Matcha Verde PH is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to:

▪ Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
▪ Wrong contact number or email
▪ Unavailable recipient at delivery location

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

7. Failed Deliveries / Unclaimed Parcels

If the courier is unable to deliver due to recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for pickup based on their policy.

Unclaimed parcels or parcels returned to sender may be subject to:

▪ Re-delivery fees
▪ Possible order cancellation (case-to-case basis)

8. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

▪ Courier service interruptions
▪ Weather disturbances
▪ Natural disasters
▪ Customs processing (for international orders, if applicable)
▪ Events beyond our reasonable control

We will always do our best to assist with follow-ups and tracking concerns.

9. Damaged Parcels / Incorrect Items

Because our products are food-grade consumables, we encourage customers to inspect orders immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged parcel or incorrect item:

▪ Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
▪ Email us at orders@matchaverdeph.com
▪ Provide a clear unboxing video (starting from the unopened parcel) and photos

10. Food Safety Reminder

For product safety and quality:

▪ Store matcha properly immediately after receiving
▪ Keep sealed, away from heat and moisture
▪ Follow storage instructions on packaging (if included)

We cannot be responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
